When you contact us by email or WhatsApp, we process information you choose to provide, such as your name, contact details, stay dates, number of guests and message, to respond and handle your request. Please do not send identity documents or other information unnecessary for a quote.

While browsing, technical providers may process your IP address, browser and device information, request time and requested resources to deliver and protect the website. The website has no registration or booking forms and no analytics or advertising tools added by the property.

Legal bases and providing data

Quote and availability requests are processed to take steps at your request before entering into a contract (Article 6(1)(b), GDPR). Other enquiries and technical data needed for security are processed for the legitimate interests of responding to visitors and keeping the service secure (point (f)). Any mandatory compliance processing is based on legal obligations (point (c)).

Contacting us is optional; without the necessary contact details and information we may be unable to respond or prepare a quote. This notice does not replace information about processing required to manage a stay.

Recipients and external services

Data may be processed by people authorised by the controller and by technical and communication service providers as necessary for their respective functions, and by authorities when required by law. The website is hosted through OpenAI / ChatGPT Sites; we use Gmail and WhatsApp for communications. Providers’ roles depend on the service and applicable agreements.

Links to WhatsApp and Google Maps open external services only when you select them; they are not embedded content. Those services are also governed by their own privacy notices: OpenAI, Google and WhatsApp.

Retention and international transfers

Communications are retained as needed to respond, complete enquiries and manage any resulting relationship; they are then deleted when no longer needed, subject to legal obligations or the protection of legal rights. Technical data retention depends on operational and security purposes and the provider’s terms.

The services used may involve processing outside the European Economic Area. Where applicable, transfers must be covered by safeguards under Articles 44 onwards of the GDPR, such as adequacy decisions or standard contractual clauses. Contact the controller for information about safeguards applicable to your case.

Your rights

Where provided by the GDPR, you may request access, correction, deletion, restriction and portability of your data, and object to processing based on legitimate interests. You may complain to the Italian Data Protection Authority or another competent supervisory authority. The website does not carry out automated decision-making or profiling through features added by the property.

Cookies and similar technologies

The website code does not set cookies, use local storage to track visitors, or embed advertising or analytics tools. Images and fonts are not loaded from external marketing services. WhatsApp and Maps links do not load those services before you click.

The hosting platform and security services may use technical tools necessary to operate and protect the service. Their characteristics depend on the provider’s configuration. Strictly necessary cookies do not require consent; the website therefore does not display a consent banner for tracking features added by the property.
